This GPU is a beast, hard to figure out how to change the RGB on it as its defaulted to rainbow.

I chose the RTX 4080, because I need all the GPU power I can get for VR in MSFS, but as expensive as all the parts together already were, the RTX 4090 was a bit too much for me. The Asus TUF Gaming variant seemed to be a good quality all-round RTX 4080: not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive 4080. I would have preferred the ASUS GeForce RTX 4080 16GB GDDR6X Noctua OC Edition if only it was not just as expensive as a "cheap" RTX 4090. It would have made my system even more silent, and completed my overall Noctua theme.

This was a big upgrade over a 1060 3gb. The gpu shortage had me pulling my hair out for 2 years. I finally pulled the trigger on this back in December and haven't looked back. Its overkill for 1080p but I plan on going 2560 x 1440 in the future. This card feels solid, performs and looks great.

Finally pulled the trigger and upgraded my 1060 6gb, and the jump in performance is insane. I don't care what anyone says about the 4080 being overpriced I've waited 6 years for an upgrade and now that I have one I will wait at least 6 more years for the next upgrade.
